Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada. We also have online dealers that will ship to the rest of the World, please
see our online dealer’s page for more info.
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days. Transit time for U.S. is 1-5 business days, depending on your location.
Transit time for Canada is 5-10 business days. All orders ship from our warehouse in Southern California.
What shipping service do you use?
All domestic orders ship via UPS Ground. Canada orders ship EMS/USPS. Orders shipping to a PO Box ship USPS.
What is your return Policy?
If you are not satisfied for any reason, we except returns for exchange or refund. All returned items must be returned
unworn in new condition with a return authorization code before refunds are processed. To get a return authorization code email info@tresnoir.com
The glasses I want arn't available on your web store, why?
There can be multiple reasons why certain glasses are not available for purchase at our store. Most likely it's because the glasses are on backorder. As soon as items are available for sale they will be on our web store.
I live in your neighborhood, can I come by and pick-up / drop off my glasses?
Unfortunately we do not offer will-call nor are we open to the public. Our offices are in a private business complex and are not set-up to do business directly with the public.
Can I order Replacement Lenses?
Yes, we do carry replacement lenses for certain styles. Please see lenses link on the left side of this page.
Do you sell prescription lenses?
No, however many of our frames will fit a prescription lens. Just take them to your local optometrist to have your prescription lenses edged and installed.
What exactly does hand made mean? Are Tres Noir sunglasses really made by hand?
Yes, most other sunglasses are made through an "injection" process, where liquid material is injected into a mold, and is later cooled to make a sunglass. This process can produce thousands of sunglasses in a short period of time and produces a lower quality, cheaper feeling frame. Tres Noir Optics are never made this way. All Tres Noir Optics are hand crafted from flat sheets of acetate. A craftsman uses a template to hand carve each sunglass one by one. Each frame features a wire core and the strongest, highest quality, acetate plastic available. You can truly feel the difference when you pick up a pair of Tres Noir’s. Acetate sheets also allow us to do limited quantities and unique laminate colors. Our lenses are CR-39 100% UVA UVB protective and are the best European plastic lenses available. Tres Noir’s are never mass produced.

Music is a huge part of our life and our brand, so we love to help bands and promote good music. Please send a press kit to the address below. But keep in mind- We get a ton of requests and love a lot of music, but we can only pick a few bands to promote and support.
